1. Pack and Ship

We Pack!

At Colorado Mail Services, we can professionally pack any product for you. We have boxes on hand for immediate shipping or for purchase individually or in bulk. We use packing peanuts, durable bubble wrap, or both to secure your package for its shipment. We can also package your items in any carrier box, such as USPS or FedEx.

Carrier boxes (USPS, FedEx packing envelopes, and boxes) are provided free of cost in our retail store. Just pay for the carrier cost to ship.

2. Ship Any Carrier

At Colorado Mail Services, you can choose which carrier you would like to ship with. Currently, we offer shipping through USPS & FedEx. UPS & DHL shipping services are coming soon. Carrier-branded envelopes and boxes are in stock and free to anyone.

3. Ship International

We ship internationally to just about anywhere in the world.

Ship with USPS

USPS® international mail services go to more than 180 countries, including Great Britain, Canada, Japan, Mexico, and Australia. Priority Mail Express International® and Priority Mail International® services include international tracking and some insurance.

4. Package Receiving

With a Private Mailbox Rental you can receive any sized mail. Envelopes, magazines, and similar sizes will be put in your mailbox at our store location. You may also receive larger packages of any size. Once our store receives the package, we will notify you so you can pick it up.

5. Private Mailbox Rentals

At Colorado Mail Services, we offer Private Mailbox Rentals. We offer sizes:

• Small: 4 in x 5 in Tall
• Medium: 8 in x 4 in Tall

Prices

• Small 3 Months - $66
• Small 6 Months - $126 (Get 1 month free, total of 7 months)
• Small 12 Months - $240 (Get 2 months free, total of 14 months)
• Medium 3 Months - $78
• Medium 6 Months - $150 (Get 1 month free, total of 7 months)
• Medium 12 Months - $288 (Get 2 months free, total of 14 months)

To Sign Up:

• 2 Forms of ID are required (One with a picture)
• Phone number and email address (for notification purposes)
• Copy of valid credit card to be kept on file (for past due balances and lost mailbox keys; we will not charge for renewal without communication)
• Mailbox agreement filled out
• $25 nonrefundable setup fee (covers the key and notary for the 1583 Form)

Term agreements start at the beginning of the month and expire on the last calendar day of the month.

Payments are due on or before the 1st of the month.
